Thanks and Pinellas Park Parade Info

Thanks in advance to everyone for taking time out to decorate our float and allow your scout to participate in the parade this coming Saturday Dec. 8 in their class A uniform. Pinellas Park had the parade meeting tonight the theme is dancing to the music. Bob Robertson secured at 20 ft float, we will decorate it Saturday morning the day of the Parade. Please come to Clearview United Methodist Church Saturday 10:00am until 12:00 noon to help decorate the float. Bring garland, lights, lights, more lights, and any other decorations you are willing to loan to the Pack to help decorate the float. Our line up number is 119. We are assigned to line up at corner of 64th Way and Park Blvd (remember 64th Way is between 64th St and 65th St). I will be there with our float at 4:30pm, Scouts and family can come any time from then until 6:00pm (Parade starts at 6:00pm and we will not be able to wait if anyone is late). Please try to be there by 5:45 (yes as always siblings are welcome). We have four cases of beads for the kids to toss out. The parade will end at Home Depot/Park Side Mall you can have someone pick you up there and/or I will drive the float back to near our starting point so you can get your car. Remember every Scout MUST be accompanied by an adult partner, the adult partner is responsible for their Scout, the adult need not even be a relative but an adult sent with the Scout by his parent/guardian. The parade asked us to remind everyone there is to be only ONE Santa (the real one I think) in the parade, no one is allowed to dress like him.

Thank you all again for everything you do, giving your time, being supportive of each other, and so much more …
